What is therapy and counseling?
Through talking about your feelings, examining and changing some of your thoughts and behaviors, change can happen. We would talk about your current relationships and maybe where you learned the things you think. In family therapy, we would investigate how family members cooperate, what is the thinking, feelings, and behavior of each person and how these items are influencing the flow and vibe of the relationships.
Where are you located?1340 Remington Road, Suite T. The office is in a single story office building on the north side of Remington Road. You can access Remington Road from Meachum or National Parkway. From Meachum, it is best to enter the parking lot after you have pass the office park sign or the second driveway--make a right turn into the parking lot and drive 50 feet until you come to a sidewalk on your left.
